Please read our return requirements below before filling out our return form here:

We accept returns and issue refunds regarding they meet ALL of our return requirements below. We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the same item will be in stock or reordered. Returns MUST be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the date you received the item. All sales on clearance items, accessories, hats and jewelry are final and non-returnable. We offer free returns as long as the conditions are met below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not issue a refund if your return has stains, smells like smoke, has animal hair, or has any damages. Any tags must also still be intact. To make sure we provide our clients with elite service, all of our items are thoroughly hand inspected for damages before we ship the product out to you.

We take all returns as long as they are returned within 14 days of delivery of item. Each item has a tracking number that notifies us when an item is delivered. We offer free returns on all U.S. orders. You can read our return guidelines by clicking on the link here. For international orders, we can email you a prepaid FedEx label and you are responsible for dropping the item off at your local FedEx facility. If there is no FedEx local to you, client can return at their local post office, however they must pay for their own shipping costs. We do not reimburse international post office shipping costs.

Initiate your return by filling out the form below. Once completed, we will email you a prepaid return label with instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours (or 1 business day) for a label to be sent to you. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is delivered back to the returns facility within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then we will issue the refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected back onto your credit card statement.
